Full-Time Garden Bed Maintenance Technician

Do you enjoy working with plants and take pride in keeping garden beds healthy, tidy, and well-maintained? Join our team and help create polished, welcoming outdoor spaces for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Weed and maintain garden beds, keeping them clean and orderly

  • Trim shrubs and cut back perennials as needed throughout the season

  • Perform seasonal yard maintenance, including cleanup, edging, and prepping beds

  • Assist with mulch, rock, and planting work to enhance outdoor spaces

  • Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities to grow into a lead role once trained

What We’re Looking For

  • Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Hardworking and reliable, with a strong work ethic

  • Experience working with plants; basic plant knowledge preferred

  • Valid driver’s licence required

  • Must have access to a vehicle to travel to and from Oak Bluff each work day (company trucks are used once on site)

  • Farm or agricultural experience is considered an asset

  • Seasonal yard maintenance, including leaf cleanup, edging, and yard prep
  • Mulch, rock, and planting work to enhance outdoor spaces
  • Work with a supportive team, with opportunities to grow into a lead role once trained

What We’re Looking For

  • Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Hardworking and reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • Experience with lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.) is a plus
  • Valid driver’s licence required
  • Must have access to a vehicle to travel to and from Oak Bluff each work day (company trucks are used once on site)
  • Farm or agricultural experience is considered an asset
  • Experience driving with a truck and trailer is considered an asset
